Would definatley recommend the Undercliff Guest House. Set in a very peaceful location with lovely views. The room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a large bed and nice shower room. Owners and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast served at the Undercliff and a nice pub just down the road for evening meals if you don't fancy driving. Very Nice!

The warm welcome, the view and intimacy.
Breakfast is served a bit late in the morning (at 9:00), 8:00 would be better.

What you'll love and hate
The serene environment and lovely sea view. The kitchenette was well-equipped, and the bonus of welcome breakfast supplies was a good surprise.
Limited parking can be tricky, requiring unpacking outside before finding a spot uphill, which might be an inconvenience.

the setting was beautiful, the guest house was friendly, and relaxed, breakfast was at 9 o clock which was great
when we came to check out we were surprised at the cost, this is because we hadnt paid for it yet even though i believed we had paid for it when we booked it back in october, so it was a bit embarrasing but the manager was understanding and he said this had happened before, that booking . com had not explained this clearly, we were lucky enough to have the money available but it would have been embarrasing if we didnt have itbut no actual complaints about the guest house

Excellent place to stay - beautiful room, very friendly and helpful owners, close to walking routes with fantastic scenery and the beach. Each little detail at this guest house makes you feel comfortable - I'd love to spend more time there.

Lovely Jersey escape 🏝️
Spent three nights in a lekker spot near Bouley Bay. The room was super comfy, big balcony with that gorgeous sea view. Brekkie had fresh fruit and proper English breakfast, best way to start the day! Richard and Ida were great hosts, felt right at home.
Only wish there was a bit more outdoor seating to enjoy those drinks while soaking up the view!

The self-catering room was equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee machine with plentiful pods, and a modern bathroom with nice toiletries. The starter breakfast was a generous supply of fruit, jam, butter, milk, yogurt, cereals, and bread, enough to fuel several days without needing a trip to the store.
The room felt cramped, a bit too warm, and awkwardly designed with its layout. To get to the dining area, you had to navigate steps while carrying your meal, which could be quite the hassle. Limited parking meant unpacking outside and then having to hike uphill to find a space, less than ideal after a long journey. The absence of a stove for cooking meant relying solely on microwave meals, limiting meal options significantly. The experience was soured a bit when I had to wake the owner about a missed cab, and his response was less than pleasant.

It is a family-owned guesthouse where we were met with a very kind reception. We had a nice room with a beautiful view. The location at Boulay Bay is great. You can start walking the cliff path or relax at the beach. Nice pub nearby as well. we liked the personal atmosphere. Thanks for the nice stay.
The breakfast time is late. But not really a problem. Just tell the people know and you get it earlier.

The location was fabulous. Easy access to the coastal areas. Not too touristy, with only one beach side "cafe"... Walking along the coastal paths from the bay, easily had the best views of anywhere on the island.
If you don't have your own transport, it is a little off the beaten track, with the shop being a good twenty minutes by foot up the windiest road I have ever had the pleasure of driving on. The beds are not really comfy, and the rooms are basic. No hairdryer, etc unless you ask in advance. On the plus side, though, it was an enjoyable stay and the owners were very friendly!

The location was amazing, to other bays, it's a plus. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Bouley Bay.
